We require proof of rabies vaccine for all grooming services. New York State law mandates all pets 16 weeks (4 months) or older must have their rabies vaccine. We accept any paperwork from your veterinarian that shows when the vaccine was given and when it expires. You can send us a picture of it or bring a copy with you to your first appointment.

We offer puppy baths and introductory grooming for puppies 12 weeks & older. They must have age appropriate vaccines.

We do not allow for pet parents to stay during the grooming process. Having you present hinders the process. Your presence can over excite your pet and lead to injury.

We do implement the use of a crate as needed during the grooming process. Since we are one on one, most likely your pet will only be crated while waiting for you to pick them up. We give a 20 minute text prior to their finish so you can pick up right at the completion of their groom. 

At times there are more than one groomer present. Each groomer offers one on one appointments for their clients. At times some clients have more than one pet and will bring them at the same time. So, yes, your dog may see other dogs, but we have a strict no contact policy. Your dog will not ever physically touch another dog unless they come together from the same household.
